Review: Streamate

I was just looking at the Alexa rankings for adult websites. In case you did not know, Alexa is a site that ranks almost every website in the world. It's interesting to see which sites are apparently the most popular at any given time.

Anyhow, in terms of adult sites, I was looking down the list and saw a site called Streamate coming in at number six. I have never heard of this site so I took a look. Chances are that you already know more about this site than I do (based on its ranking) but if not, keep reading.

Streamate is a site that features amateur webcam models from around the world. Since I am a gay man I of course checked out the guy cams first. They are listed in several categories, such as bisexual, couples, gay, muscle and the one I looked at first, college guys. On a Tuesday night there were about 50 guys live in this category. I saw a wide range of men online... no matter what your type, you should find someone here. I started watching the cam from a guy who called himself "passionBODY" and with his body I see why he used all caps. Unfortunately, pB, like most of the guys on these cam sites, didn't show dick while I was watching. He had a towel strategically placed over his groin... damn! But he defineitely had a killer body so I watched a little more.

Streamate reminded me of another cam site I've seen called cam4.com. I'll write a more detailed review of that site in the future. I must say that all of these sites can be quite adicting because there are almost always several mega hot cuties to look at no matter what time of day, and if you're patient, the odds are good of seeing their junk and possibly even a jerk-off show. I liked the quality of Streamate a little better than others. The cams loaded fast, the playback quality was very good and best of all, it was FREE. It still amazes me that porn sites that charge a membership fee are still in business with sites like Streamate and the tube sites available.
